The Russian American Society for the Protection of Animals, Inc. (RASPA) is a U.S. non for profit, 501(c) (3) charitable organization, formed to protect and care for domesticated and wild animals throughout Russia. RASPA takes realistic and practical approach in the completion of its projects. About 75 percent of RASPA's annual budget goes directly into programs that save animal lives.
